How we handle inquiry information.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, JH Filter receives the name, company, email address, country or region, product and application choices, quantity, destination, and technical details you choose to provide. The form uses this information to respond, review product suitability, and prepare a quotation.

Email delivery service

Website inquiries are delivered to JH Filter by Cloudflare Email Service. Cloudflare processes the submitted information to transmit the inquiry email. The reply address you provide is used only so JH Filter can respond to your request. Do not submit passwords, payment card data, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.

Retention and sharing

JH Filter retains inquiry information only as long as needed for sales communication, order support, and applicable business record-keeping. We do not sell inquiry information. The service provider processes information as needed to deliver the service and under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You may ask JH Filter to correct or delete inquiry information by emailing yuzelong@jhair.cn. You may also contact us directly with questions about this notice.
