When you contact JH Filter, we may receive the name, company, email address, country or region, product interest, quantity, and technical requirements you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and assess product suitability.

Retention and sharing

We retain inquiry information only for as long as necessary for sales communication, order support, and applicable record-keeping. We do not sell inquiry information. We will update this notice if the services used to handle inquiries change.
